After achieving scientific maturity at the Giacomo Ulivi highschool in Parma she attended the fashion school at the Istituto Europeo di Design Milan for one-year before completing her studies. Benedetta Mazza, a regional selector for Miss Italia 2008, noticed her and encouraged her to join the contest to win beauty. She was then crowned Miss Liceo Parma and Miss Cinema Emilia Romagna. She is also ranked sixth in Miss Italia 2008. After the competition, she poses in Just Simpa's charity Calendar that supports the Associazione Volontari dell'Ospedale dei Bambini. Additionally, she is given an appearance in Federico Moccia's film "Amore. Seven September 2009 and 11 June 2011 the actress was among the "professors' of the program L'eredita.
